Evening – All out-of-town employees to arrive at the hotel. You may choose to fly or drive (your preference). The hotel has plenty of free parking.
Check-in at the Westin DFW Hotel.
The remainder of the evening is free.
Saturday, February 3
7:30 a.m. – A full buffet breakfast will be served outside of the meeting room for both local and out-of-town employees
8:30 a.m. – CTV Meeting begins
12:00 Noon – Buffet lunch
1:00 p.m. – CTV Meeting resumes
3:45 p.m. – Meeting ends
4:00 p.m. – Transportation will be provided to DFW Airport for those who are flying home
